This document establishes the conditions under which australianexpression (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") offers access to its educational platform, conversational English courses, pronunciation workshops, and language integration guides. By using the services, the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") expressly and unconditionally accepts these terms.

Services include interactive online and offline sessions, teaching materials, professional vocabulary exercises, and periodic progress assessments. The Provider reserves the right to modify their structure or content, with prior notification to Clients via an announcement on the website.

The Client undertakes to provide accurate information upon registration, to actively participate in the proposed activities, and to comply with the conduct rules established by the Provider. Any behavior that affects the conduct of the courses or the safety of other participants may lead to the suspension of access without prior notice.

The Provider guarantees that the teaching materials are developed by specialists with experience in teaching the English language and that interactive methods are consistently applied. However, individual results may vary depending on each Client's effort and involvement.

The Provider cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by the improper use of the information provided within the courses or guides. Furthermore, it assumes no liability for temporary service interruptions due to technical causes, force majeure, or fortuitous events.

Under no circumstances shall the Provider's total liability towards a Client exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Client for the respective services in the last 12 months.

The Client may renounce the services at any time by sending a written notification to the email address info@australianexpression.com. In the event of a serious breach of the terms, the Provider may unilaterally terminate the contract, with prior notification to the Client.

After termination, the Client no longer has access to the materials and platforms provided, and any amounts paid in advance will not be refunded, except in cases provided by law.

The Provider reserves the right to periodically update these terms and conditions. Any modification will be announced on the website at least 14 days before its entry into force. Continued use of the services after this period is equivalent to accepting the new conditions.
